All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Product price, discounts, delivery fee and payable total are displayed before you place the order. An order is received when submitted, but is accepted only after payment is successfully verified and FUNFFY issues confirmation.

We may correct genuine pricing or product errors, reject suspected fraudulent or reseller orders, limit quantities, or cancel an unavailable order. If payment has been received for an order we cannot fulfil, we will contact you and arrange a refund.

Voucher and promotional conditions shown with an offer form part of these Terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined.

如出现真实价格或商品资料错误、怀疑欺诈或转售订单、超出合理数量，或商品缺货，我们可作出修正、限制或取消订单。如已付款但无法履行订单，我们会联系你并安排退款。

优惠券及促销页面所列条件属于本条款的一部分。除非另有说明，优惠不可兑换现金或叠加使用。

Available payment methods are those shown at checkout and may include FPX, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Touch ’n Go or manual bank transfer. Some methods are processed by independent payment providers and are subject to their availability and security checks.

For manual transfer, use only the bank details displayed on the official FUNFFY checkout and upload a clear payment receipt. Orders remain unconfirmed until FUNFFY verifies the payment. Never send online-banking passwords or one-time codes to FUNFFY.

We aim to present product descriptions, images, ingredients, serving information and availability accurately. Screen colours and packaging appearance may vary slightly, and packaging may be updated without changing the product’s essential nature.

FUNFFY GutCare+ is a pet wellness supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Website information is general education and does not replace veterinary advice. Consult a veterinarian if your pet is unwell, pregnant, nursing, receiving treatment or has a known medical condition.

We currently deliver to Malaysian addresses. Delivery fees, estimated timeframes, tracking, address responsibilities and delayed or failed delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates begin after payment verification and order confirmation. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

我们目前配送至马来西亚地址。运费、预计时效、物流追踪、地址责任、延误或配送失败均按照配送政策处理。

Eligibility, supporting records, return conditions, deadlines and refund processing are governed by the existing Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer law.

The website may connect to payment providers, couriers, Shopee, WhatsApp and other third-party services. Their websites and services have separate terms and privacy practices. FUNFFY is responsible for its own obligations, but does not control an independent third party’s systems or availability.

If you voluntarily submit a review, image or testimonial for publication, you confirm that you have the right to share it. FUNFFY will request or rely on your permission before using identifiable customer content for marketing.

FUNFFY 品牌、网站设计、商品文案、图像、照片及其他原创内容由 FUNFFY 拥有或获得授权，未经书面许可不得作商业复制。

We take reasonable steps to keep the website secure and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUNFFY is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may lawfully be limited, it will be limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, product, legal or regulatory changes. The revised version applies from the “Last updated” date displayed above. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without limiting any statutory dispute or consumer-redress channel available to you.

我们可能因营运、商品、法律或监管变化更新本条款。修订版本自页面上方所示“最后更新”日期起适用。如任何条文被认定无法执行，其余条文仍继续有效。

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖，争议由马来西亚法院处理，但不会限制你依法可使用的其他争议处理或消费者申诉渠道。
